This course, held over four sessions of 2.5 hours each, is intended to empower individuals to identify their own steps for a positive future, with personalised guidance and support.

What do I need to take part in this course?
For the first session just bring yourself and a pen and paper will be handy too.

Before the course starts you will be sent an email with joining instructions in it. Please follow these instructions before the session is due to start so you are ready to begin.
