Luton Adult Learning provides education, training and community-based learning opportunities for thousands of residents each year, helping adults improve their employment prospects, develop new skills and achieve their personal goals.
With over 40 years of experience, Luton Adult Learning delivers learning from its two central hubs at Arndale House and Morton House, as well as through libraries, community venues, schools and faith settings across Luton. This flexible approach ensures learning is accessible, local and responsive to community needs.
Our aim is to provide high-quality programmes that engage existing and potential learners, support those who are underrepresented in education, and create clear pathways for progression. Through tailored learning opportunities, we help adults address skills gaps, gain confidence, improve wellbeing, advance their careers or successfully transition into new employment.

How We Support Learning
Every learner receives an initial assessment to identify their starting point, learning goals and support needs. This may include a discussion with a teacher or progress coach, alongside online assessments.
We are committed to ensuring that all learners can access and benefit from education. Dedicated learner support is available, including specialist support through our Special Educational Needs Coordinator, who works with teachers to put effective adjustments and support in place. Learners may also be eligible for assistance through our Learner Support Fund to help remove barriers to participation.
In addition, learners can engage in a range of enrichment activities, guest speaker events, open days and themed learning weeks, helping to enhance their overall learning experience.
Whether you are looking to gain a qualification, secure employment, progress in your career, support your children’s learning, contribute to your community, develop a new interest or build your confidence, Luton Adult Learning has a programme to help you achieve your goals.
