ESOL Level 1

This is the right course for you and will also help you to further develop speaking & listening, reading and writing skills and enable you to conduct yourself independently and fluently in English. You will be able to use all tenses with ease, have a discussion, give a presentation on a familiar topic, put your argument forward, write using formal language and use complex sentences.

Criteria for this course:

You need to be reading, writing, speaking & listening at entry 3 to join this course.

Course duration:

• Speaking and listening - 12 weeks approx.

• Reading - 12 weeks approx.

• Writing - 12 weeks approx.

When you fully achieve ESOL level 1, you can move on to ESOL level 2.

Exams:

At the end of each course learners take an exam and get a certificate for their qualification after passing the exam. Please remember, you will not be entered for an exam if you aren’t ready, or if your attendance is below 85%.
