Passport to Customer Service
A two and a half hour long *free workshop to introduce the theme of customer service, looking at good and poor customer service and some of the main skills needed to deliver excellent customer service.
An Introduction to Customer Service
This free* short introductory course is delivered face to face at our centre in Arndale House, Luton. It is suitable for anyone who feels that they would like to work in a customer focused environment, be it at an airport or for an airline, in a hotel or in a shop – customers are everywhere!
This ten hour course will be delivered over a period of 5 weeks (5 sessions).
Please note that this is not a qualification course, but you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
What will I learn?
In this course you will learn about:
the importance of providing excellent customer service
the impact of poor customer service
customer types, needs and expectations
skills, including communication, needed to provide excellent customer service
employment opportunities and next steps
There are no specific entry requirements to join this course, other than a basic level of English (minimum requirement is that you should be working at ESOL Entry level 3).
