Mental Health and Welfare Support
At Luton Adult Learning, we understand that learning, working and doing household duties all at once can sometimes have an effect on our mental health. Mental health is like physical health: everybody has it and we need to take care of it.
If you are feeling low or are in need of some support, feel free to talk to one of our Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®). They can offer initial support through non-judgemental listening and guidance.
