Luton Adult Learning has many long standing partnerships with schools and nurseries across Luton delivering family learning and training teaching assistants and childcare practitioners.

Family Learning

We have a wealth of experience and a well-established reputation for delivering successful, free, family learning courses and workshops to parents and carers in schools, nurseries and other organisations in Luton. We are keen to work alongside you to plan a programme that meets the needs of your setting and can tailor any courses to meet your specific requirements. We can also create bespoke courses or workshops for you.

Teaching Assistant and Childcare training

We offer two very clear pathways into Supporting in Schools or Childcare that will help you to grow your own workforce. Our standalone qualifications in these pathways are for anyone interested in gaining a qualification whilst working or volunteering in a setting.

We also have an excellent track record in delivering apprenticeship training to Teaching Assistants (L3), Early Years Practitioners (L2) and Early Years Educators (L3).
